Course Credit

Students can take up to 6 hours of research credit through BIOL-L290 (Introduction to Research) and BIOL-L490 (Microbiology Research). Please read the description of our current research projects, then click “Apply Here” to contact Dr. Fisher. We are currently full but may have openings for new members in Fall 2022 if you would like to join the waitlist!

Research Fellowships

Indiana University Northwest offers a number of research grants for undergraduates including the LSAMP, MORE, URF, and travel grants to present at conferences. Follow the links for more information and eligibility. Please contact Dr. Fisher if you would like to apply for one of these grants to work in her lab.
